- The app provides general psychoeducational information and evidence-based self-help techniques.
- The AI companion Claro does not provide diagnoses or give medical advice.
- If you have a diagnosed or suspected OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), please consult a qualified professional.
2. Emergency Situations
In case of an acute crisis, suicidal thoughts, or self-harm, please contact immediately:

The app is not designed for crisis intervention.
3. AI Chat with Claro
- Claro is an AI-powered companion based on large language models (currently Google Gemini, with Anthropic Claude as an alternative).
- Claro's responses are automatically generated and may contain errors.
- Claro is not a substitute for human counseling or therapy.
- Chat content is not stored on our servers. Your conversation is kept on your device so that Claro can pick up where it left off, and can be deleted at any time from within the chat (see the Privacy Policy for details).
4. Freemium & Premium
- Free: 10 chat messages per day, full access to the training section.
- Premium: Unlimited chat messages, as a monthly or annual subscription. The price depends on your local currency and is shown in the App Store before purchase.
- Free trial: Premium can be tried free for 7 days. The trial then converts automatically into the chosen paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. The trial is available once per Apple ID.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime through your App Store settings.
- Refunds are subject to the Apple App Store policies.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
Your use of the app is at your own risk. We assume no liability for:
- Decisions made based on the app's content
- Technical failures or data loss
- Content from linked third-party providers
6. Changes
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated within the app.
7. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the Canton of Bern.
